When you submit a form we collect the details you enter: name, email, phone number, company or target role, your message and any file you attach, such as a job description or resume. We also collect basic technical data needed to run and secure the website, such as IP address and browser type, through our hosting provider.

Why do we use it?

• Employers: to respond to your hiring brief, prepare a hiring plan and run any search you engage us for.
• Candidates: to assess your profile against current and future roles and to contact you about roles that match.
• Everyone: to keep the website secure and to meet legal obligations.

We rely on your consent, given when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in running a recruitment business. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who do we share it with?

We share a candidate's profile with an employer only after discussing that specific role with the candidate and getting their agreement. We use service providers to host the website and deliver email; they process data on our instructions only. We do not sell personal data.

How long do we keep it?

We keep candidate profiles for as long as they are useful for matching you to roles, and we delete them on request. Employer enquiries are kept for as long as we have a business relationship and for any period the law requires.

What are your rights?

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing hello@kintraconsulting.com. We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules as they apply, and with the data protection law of your country where it applies to us.
