Questions candidates ask
Does Kintra charge candidates any fee?
No. Kintra is paid by employers. You will never be asked to pay a registration, placement, training or processing fee. If anyone asks you for money in Kintra's name, do not pay, and report it to hello@kintraconsulting.com.
Will Kintra share my resume without telling me?
No. A Kintra recruiter speaks with you about a specific role, and shares your profile with that employer only after you agree. Your current employer is never contacted without your permission.
What happens after I submit my resume?
A recruiter reviews your profile against open and upcoming roles. When there is a genuine match, they contact you to discuss the role, salary, location and notice period before anything is shared. If there is no match yet, your profile stays on file for future roles.
How do I get a job through a recruitment consultancy?
Keep your resume current and specific about results, be clear about your salary expectation and notice period, and tell the recruiter honestly what would make you move. Good consultancies match on motivation as well as skills, so the more open you are, the better the roles you will hear about.
