Kintra Consulting

We lived the problem. So we built the fix.

Recruitment is more than filling vacancies. It is building the teams that decide whether a company grows.

Why does Kintra exist?

Kintra Consulting is an HR and recruitment consultancy that hires for companies in India and for overseas businesses building teams here. It exists because its founders spent years inside organisations watching good hiring intentions collapse under a bad process.

They saw recruiters spend whole days reaching out to candidates who turned out to be the wrong fit, stopped responding or had quietly lost interest. They saw critical roles stay open for months. Every week of delay added work to an already stretched team, slowed growth and drained morale in ways nobody measured.

The problem was never a lack of talent. India's technology industry alone employs about 5.95 million people, according to Nasscom's Strategic Review 2026. The problem was a hiring process built around volume: send more resumes, schedule more interviews, hope one sticks.

What does Kintra do differently?

We understand the role before we search for it, screen thoroughly for both skill and intent, and keep communication clear on every side. Instead of forwarding resumes, we deliver candidates who are genuinely interested, qualified and aligned with the role and the culture.

Whether the client is a startup building its first team or a global organisation scaling a centre in India, the goal does not change: simplify hiring, reduce time-to-fill, and connect good companies with people who will do their best work there.

Who do we work with?

Founders and hiring managers at Indian startups and mid-size firms, HR leaders at large enterprises, and overseas companies hiring in India for the first time. We recruit across technology and non-technology functions, from individual contributors to the leadership team.

Four principles we will not trade away

We interview before we introduce.

No resume reaches a client until a Kintra recruiter has spoken with that person about this specific role. It is slower for us and faster for you.

We say the uncomfortable thing early.

If the salary band is below market or the must-have list describes three different jobs, you hear it on the brief call, not after six weeks of silence.

Candidates are clients too.

We tell people the truth about the role, reply when we say we will, and never charge them a fee. The way a candidate is treated becomes part of your employer brand.

A hire is finished on day ninety, not day one.

We stay in touch through the notice period and check in after joining, because in India the riskiest part of a hire often comes after the offer is signed.

Read the full method, or send us a brief and see the plan for yourself.

Tell us who you need to hire.

Send a job description or a few lines about the role. A Kintra recruiter reads every brief and comes back with a hiring plan: where the talent sits, what it costs, and how long it should take. You decide after that.
